Singapore Pools has over 300 outlets around the island serving our customers. We are not recruiting any new retailers, nor have we appointed any individual or company to recruit retailers on our behalf.

Please note that the opening hours may vary from outlet to outlet, depending on the location.
CHECKING RESULTS   Results are available on our website after the conclusion of respective draw/match.
You can also check the results at all Singapore Pools branches/authorised retailers the day after the draw/match.
PRIZE COLLECTION
You can cash your winning ticket for TOTO, 4-D and SINGAPORE SWEEP as soon as the day after the draw. For STRIKE! and SCORE, you can claim your prize after the conclusion of the relevant football match.
 
Prize Validity Period: 90 days from the date of the draw or match.
• Write your full name and identity card/passport number on the back of your winning ticket.
• Bring along your winning ticket and one identification document (e.g. NRIC, passport, work permit, employment pass or driver’s licence).

Amounts up to $5,000 per winning ticket:
(Cash payment only)
At any Singapore Pools branch or authorised retailer during sales hours.

Prizes of any amount:
(Cheque payment for prizes above $5,000)

CARE OF TICKET
Remember to keep your ticket in good condition so that it can be verified by our terminals.
 
Some useful tips for taking care of your ticket:
• Keep ticket dry and away from heat.
• Do not iron your ticket.
• Do not tear, deface or write anything on the front of your ticket.
LOSS OF TICKET
You may download the "Report on Lost/Stolen Tickets" Form here.
 
Lost or stolen tickets are just like lost cash – they can be difficult to recover. We can conduct investigations only if the ticket serial number is provided. Singapore Pools will consider prize claims only if lost or stolen winning tickets are eventually found and produced for processing in accordance with the Rules of our games..

If you have the ticket serial number, you may make a report at Singapore Pools' office at Paradiz Centre during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm). The “Report on Lost/Stolen Tickets” form can be obtained at our reception and on our website.

For stolen tickets, you may wish to attach a supporting police report.
